Environmental Health Advisor, LLC (EnHAd) is a consulting firm specialized in environmental and public health, grounded in the expertise of its CEO, Chemical Engineer Guillermo Pérez. We focus on protecting public health across two complementary areas: organizational consulting in environmental health, and advisory services for exporting health products to Latin America.

Chemical Engineer with a Specialization in Corporate Environmental Management and over 16 years of uninterrupted experience in the public and private sectors. His career combines environmental auditing, high-level health regulation, pharmacovigilance, and public health emergency management — including serving as National Technical Director of Pharmaceuticals and Biological Products in Colombia during the COVID-19 crisis.
As founder of EnHAd, Guillermo brings a unique vision that integrates environmental engineering, public health, and regulatory compliance — with deep knowledge of both the U.S. and Latin American markets.
